how we plug in

we work as a vendor under agencies and booth contractors. that is deliberate — you own the client and the creative, we own the thing that has to work in front of a queue of people.

who we work for
creative and experiential agencies, booth contractors and event organisers. we are the technology vendor inside your production, under your client relationship and your branding if you want it.
what we bring
the software, the booth-side hardware setup, testing on your stand and crew on site for the run. you keep the client, the creative and the build.
lead time
2–3 weeks from brief to deployment for a standard activation. tighter is sometimes possible on a repeat format — ask before you promise it.
what we need from you
the campaign's creative direction, stand dimensions and power, the guest flow you expect, and the dates. everything else we can spec.

common questions

what agencies ask us first

do you work directly with brands or through agencies?

Most activations reach us through a creative agency, experiential agency or booth contractor, and that is the model we are built for: you keep the client relationship and the creative, we are the technology vendor inside your production. Direct briefs are welcome too — tell us what the campaign is and we will say honestly whether it needs an agency around it.

how long does an activation take to deploy?

Two to three weeks from brief to on-site for a standard activation — that covers the build, a review with you, install and testing on the stand, and crew for the run. A format we have already shipped can sometimes go faster, but ask us before you promise a date to a client.

what do you need from us to scope and quote?

The campaign's creative direction, the stand dimensions and available power, the guest flow you expect per hour, and the dates. Everything else — hardware, software, operator screen, output format — we can spec from there.

can the activation run under our branding?

Yes. The experience, the booth interface and the branded output can all carry your client's campaign identity, and we can stay invisible in the delivery if that is how the engagement is set up. Most of our activation work has been delivered exactly that way, as a vendor under an agency.

what does an activation cost?

It is scoped per activation rather than sold off a rate card. The format, the run length, how many booths, how much of the experience is custom-built and whether we crew it on site are what move the number. Send the brief and we quote against it.

who owns the photos and captures afterwards?

They are yours. Captures are handed over at pack-down, and how they are used afterwards is governed by the campaign's own privacy and consent wording — the activation runs inside your terms with the brand, not a separate set of ours.

got a stand to fill?

send the campaign, the stand size and the dates. we will come back with the format, what it needs and whether it fits your run-up.
